At Ketti McCormick PLLC, we strive to be transparent about our fee structure. We do offer an initial 30-minute consultation at a rate of $100 to discuss your case. You can schedule your consultation now by calling our Tucson office at 520-336-7380.

Billing And Payment Information

• 30-minute initial consultation: A 30-minute consultation for $100.  Time beyond 30 minutes shall be charged at the hourly rate of $350 an hour.  The $100 is non-refundable unless you call by 5 p.m. the day prior to the initial consultation, to cancel or reschedule the initial consultation.
• Legal services: $400 per hour
• Active duty and retired military clients: $250 per hour
• Legal assistant services: $200 per hour
• Administrative assistant services: $100 per hour
• Notary services offered

Payments are due upon contracting of services.

Refund policy: Once all charges and expenses have been paid, any remaining monies in the trust will be dispersed to the client.
